About These General Conditions
In these general conditions the terms “we” and “our” mean Pacrim SA – 1807blends.com and the term “you” means the customer.
 
Acceptance of Conditions
The customer acknowledges being of legal age (over 18) before browsing and ordering on our online store, at the time of ordering, of the conditions set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation . These conditions of use govern the contractual relations between Pacrim SA and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation. If the customer is not of age at the time of an order, according to the conditions, Pacrim SA will not be held responsible in the event of a dispute.

Orders

This e-mail thus forms a sales contract between the you and Pacrim SA. Pacrim SA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. By placing an order, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.

  Shipping
  The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment (to the bank account of Pacrim SA) until the shipment of the order. The products, if they are in stock, are dispatched within a few days (typically 1 to 2 working days) to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Otherwise, the customer will be notified by email of a later shipping date. Depending on the country, shipping costs differ. All packages are sent by post from Switzerland. In case of border crossing, the buyer is responsible for the import.
   
  Legal
  Swiss law applies to all commercial relations with Pacrim SA. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all procedures is Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The imperative forums provided by law remain reserved.  Any dispute as to the interpretation or execution of these T&C that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to Swiss law.
   
  Cancellation
